With GitHub Actions, build with the CLI and upload dist/ with actions/upload-pages-artifact. This very site does exactly that; the workflow is .github/workflows/pages.yml in the repository.
Apps with server functions need vcwl serve behind a TLS-terminating proxy; their static part still works anywhere.
